How long until it ships?
Each board is crafted to order. Allow 3–5 business days + shipping.
How much is shipping?
$6.95 flat-rate US shipping. Free local pickup in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Can I return it?
Every board is made to order, so we can't take returns. If yours arrives damaged or a fob doesn't seat, email us a photo and we'll remake it free.
How many keys can a board hold?
Between 2 and 6, depending on the style. Classic: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. Brick colonial: 2, 4, 6. Stone French country: 3, 4, 5, 6. Your house: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.
I lost a fob. Can I get another?
Yes. Extra or replacement fobs are $8 each, in any color and face.
Can you match my house exactly?
Our Exact Match option ($89) starts from your photos. We adjust the design by hand and send you a preview to approve before crafting. Get in touch to start one.
What is fine detail?
An upgrade for $20. We craft your board with a 0.2 mm nozzle instead of the usual 0.4 mm, so window panes, trim, brick and shingles come out crisp and true to life. It takes about a day longer.
Will you put my address on it?
Only the house number you type in yourself. We never add a street name or address.
What are the boards made of?
Matte PLA, with magnets in the board and in every fob. More on how it works.
